Gaston has been involved in brokering, managing, developing and financing properties since 1989. He managed a large multifamily portfolio for over a decade and has managed over a million square feet of commercial space and over 800 single family homes in the residential portfolio. Gaston has also participated in real estate developments in Florida and North Carolina. He has arranged syndications, assembled developments, placed financing and managed residential and commercial real estate projects from the ground up. He holds the most prestigious designation in real estate management, the CPM designation (Certified Property Manager) awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Gaston also holds the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member), called the PhD of Commercial Real Estate and the GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtors Institute). He also holds a B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering and a MBA with a concentration in Finance and a Certificate in Real Estate Investment Analysis from MIT and a Certificate in Digital Business Transformation from the Sloan School of Management at MIT. Gaston is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the National Association of Residential Property Managers, the CCIM Institute, the Florida Association of Realtors ( where he has served as Director in 2004, 2005 and 2012), Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale and the National Association of Realtors (serving as President's liaison in 2004 and 2005). Gaston also served as Vice-President of the South Florida Chapter of IREM and Chapter Secretary in 2013, Florida CCIM Chapter President in 2012 and CCIM Institute Regional Vice-President in 2013, among serving in many committees in both organizations. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and North Carolina and is a Graduate of the Jay Levine Leadership Academy of the CCIM Institute.
