Terry is the President & CEO of SLC Commercial Bird Realty Group, Inc. and is a commercial/ agricultural investment specialist with over 40 years' experience in engineering, development and general contracting.
Terry is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a state certified general contractor and engineer. His experience includes development of upscale residential and commercial real estate in Florida, Puerto Rico and Tennessee.
Terry has experience as a citrus broker in the Indian River District as a developer of groves and a citrus grower.
Terry has been recognized in "Who's Who in American Engineering and Science", "Who's Who in America" and Who's Who in the World".
As a community leader, Terry served as 3-time President of Main Street Vero Beach, VP, Treasurer, and Director of the Realtors Association of Indian River County, Director of the Commercial Society of the Research Coast, President East Coast District CCIM; director, VP operations, VP Administration, and 2020 President-Elect CCIM Florida Chapter.
