Margaret Sheehan began her career as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte Touche. After developing expertise in real estate accounting she became operations manager for a major regional real estate investment firm in the northeast, managing over one billion dollars of commercial and multi-family residential properties.
Ms. Sheehan has also developed, renovated and operated hotels for several years prior to moving to Florida. After arriving in Florida she purchased an apartment complex in Flagler Beach which she renovated to become a gourmet food store and a 10 suite inn. Ms. Sheehan presently sells and leases commercial properties. She is an active member of many local business organizations and sits on several boards in the community.
